I measured exactly how this site told me to and got near-perfect fitting shades for four floor-to-ceiling windows and one kitchen window. After looking at the design for a minute, installation was extremely easy. I even went back to dismount a shade and add another support in the middle, and that went without a hitch also. They look great and keep my main room much cooler than with metal blinds, while letting in a lot of natural light with more privacy than I though possible. I'll definitely be using Blinds Chalet when I finish the rest of the house. The only mistake I made was not using blackout shades for the windows facing the tv. Hopefully, the measurements will work out right and I can switch them out with my next order.

  • Shipping for warranty issues is the responsibility of the customer to and from the repair facility. Packaging on return shipments is the responsibility of the customer.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them for store credit, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Returns are for store credit only and store credit will be available immediately after the items are received (Guaranteed to Love fee is not credited).

Shutters,custom graphic shades, commercial/dealer orders are not covered.
