We got these to replace the aluminum blinds in our travel trailer. We were very nervous since we really hadn't seen them in action. We went to Home Depot and looked at their shades but the cost for one shade would have been more than the four from Blinds Chalet. We got the samples and they looked go so we went ahead and ordered. They arrived within two weeks and were exactly what we wanted. I would not hesitate to use them again. If I have one critique it would be that the instructions were not very clear although I figured it out fairly easily.

We needed a replacement shade for our Winnebago, known as a day & night shade. I called, we spoke, I measured, I ordered it arrived earlier than expected. We installed it, which was a challenge because there was a permanent valence and it could not be removed. BUT we are New Englanders and we got it done using the screws provided with the brackets. I don't know if there was an option for a more sturdy or substantial pleated shade when I ordered the blinds. Had I known a little more about blinds I might have made a different choice. One of the blinds arrived with a small slit in the Day part of the pleat witch I will have to patch. The blinds look great and work well, was a chinch to install and I'm very happy with what I got for the price I paid. I would definitely buy from Blind Chalet in the future.

Thanks for the great service and product. Was a little worried about matching the colors in my older RV but your colors matched perfectly. The measurements were perfect. It only took me about 30 minutes to replace the old blind with your new one. I'll be ordering more to replace the other blinds in my rv. The day/night work perfectly.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them for store credit, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Returns are for store credit only and store credit will be available immediately after the items are received (Guaranteed to Love fee is not credited).

Shutters,custom graphic shades, commercial/dealer orders are not covered.
