We have enjoyed our shades for three weeks now. They raise and lower smoothly, although you need to be sure to install them only where you can reach the top and bottom of the window (since they are cordless and should be completely raised and lowered daily to preserve functionality). I like how they filter the morning light on our breakfast table and intense evening glare on the kitchen sink. The evening light, in particular, used to really heat up our kitchen. That is not a problem with the shade pulled down.

I'm waiting for them to get dusty and dirty and to see if they clean well. (I fear they might not.) However, I am extremely pleased with their functionality.

Previously, I had purchased double cell shades and they were okay. But after 5 years or so the internal string broke and it seemed difficult to fix myself. So I ordered two new ones that are better for two reasons: they go up and down more smoothly and they seem to be easier to repair (mechanism is more simple) if (or when) the internal string breaks.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them for store credit, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Returns are for store credit only and store credit will be available immediately after the items are received (Guaranteed to Love fee is not credited).

Shutters,custom graphic shades, commercial/dealer orders are not covered.
