We have a very sunny room that these went into. I love the light, but not the heat gain we were getting. These are amazing and have kept this room so much cooler. When it first arrived it was damaged and so I emailed customer service (included a picture of the damage) and was helped by Shannon. She was wonderful and quickly had a new one made and shipped. Second one arrived in perfect condition and couldn't be more happy!!! I have loved every shade I have purchased and so appreciate great customer service. Can't say enought about this company! They're FANTASTIC!

Installed in my 31' travel trailer which is now 10 years old. I plan to replace all the OEM shades (5 more to go) with your product as needed. Blinds Chalet shades look better than the originals and they blend in nicely.

Absolutely awesome! We had to replace 3 shades that were over 10 years old. We didn't know where the previous homeowner bought them before and took a leap of faith with ordering replacements. Well, our new shades color match the older ones, but the cell construction and double cell layer are better! The shades were a breeze to install, fit perfect and actually reduce heat transfer keeping our bedrooms and livingroom cooler than those older ones. These were easy to measure, select color, install and shipping was a breeze. A great experience, great product, and great price! Thank you!

  • In the event that a product, color or product feature has been discontinued and it is no longer available we will provide a substitute product as similar as possible to the original blind or shade.
  • Shipping for warranty issues is the responsibility of the customer to and from the repair facility. Packaging on return shipments is the responsibility of the customer.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them for store credit, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Returns are for store credit only and store credit will be available immediately after the items are received (Guaranteed to Love fee is not credited).

Shutters,custom graphic shades, commercial/dealer orders are not covered.
