I have to say that they were here within a week and we had the three of them installed within 20 minutes. They are extremely easy to operate and look wonderful in our oversized basement windows. The Labor Day sale saved me a bundle and I wouldn't hesitate to order again should we be in need of blinds.

I don't have one complaint. Overall, with the discount, these were as cheap as ones I could have bought off the shelf at Home Depot or Lowes. Definitely, they were much less than a special order product through either company. I did add a 1/4" to my measurements to reduce the gap between the blind and the window frame. I am sure Blind Chalet would not recommend that, but it worked for me. I have also been very pleased with the amount of heat they block out. We have multiple west facing windows in a hot climate. I was afraid they would not insulate enough, but they have done the job without the room darkening effects of the foil lined. VEry happy with this product.

Awesome product. Fit well. The only thing I could suggest to make the experience better would be to include a ruler for measuring window depth. Just a simple piece of paper that would help to measure depth would have been awesome. Otherwise, the experience was pleasant, and will most likely order again.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them for store credit, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Returns are for store credit only and store credit will be available immediately after the items are received (Guaranteed to Love fee is not credited).

Shutters,custom graphic shades, commercial/dealer orders are not covered.
