From a previous purchase, I knew Blinds Chalet would do a great job with my shades. The 3 matchstick woven rattan shades turned out exactly as I wanted! I can see out during the day but the sun doesn’t heat up my living room as much. At night I have moderate privacy as I am sure my neighbors can see lights that are on inside and our shades of movements but it’s a living room, it’s does not need to be total blackout.

I love these blinds! They’re beautiful, well made, & incredibly easy to install. They’re durable, easy to adjust, & did I mention beautiful? I’m a decorator & this was my first time using BlindsChalet, but I’ll be a repeat customer for sure. *Note: the cordless contemporary woven wooden shades do not block out the light or view at night. They’re light filtering enough to & cut the Southern California sun sufficiently during the day, but be prepared to pair them with curtains at night for full privacy.

So happy with these shades! I ordered the Hatteras Camel and they are exactly what I was envisioning. I didn't want anything too light but also not too dark or orangey colored. These were spot on. They go well with my darker wood floors with some of the darker coloring/spots, but they're still light enough to brighten the room and tie everything together. The cordless option is great. Didn't think I'd care whether or not they had cords, but I definitely prefer without. They're easier to use and just look cleaner. I've ordered more of the same blinds to put in the rest of the house because I liked them so much. They block a decent amount of light for just being wood slats. And when I stood outside at night and looked in, I couldn't see any definite shapes between the gaps. So they should provide decent privacy in the bedrooms.

Lovely, well-made blinds. Sizing is perfect. They offer no privacy, especially after dark. Good looking, but not very effective as a blind.

  • In the event that a product, color or product feature has been discontinued and it is no longer available we will provide a substitute product as similar as possible to the original blind or shade.
  • Shipping for warranty issues is the responsibility of the customer to and from the repair facility. Packaging on return shipments is the responsibility of the customer.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them for store credit, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Returns are for store credit only and store credit will be available immediately after the items are received (Guaranteed to Love fee is not credited).

Shutters,custom graphic shades, commercial/dealer orders are not covered.
