We LOVE the woven wooden blinds we ordered! Love it so much the next day my husband insisted I order some for our living room. Then my sister ordered some for her home as well! I’m telling everyone! I will say this much.. I measured for the blinds and thought I wanted the blinds from within the moulding to exactly the other side of the window moulding. Don’t do this. They ended up fitting so literally within the window that I have to pull it out to pull it down and then place it back within. It’s my own fault for being so meticulously precise but in the future and for anyone else considering these, measure and leave a little leeway so it’s not such a snug fit.

The product is beautiful. It took about a month to receive the blinds, however they were perfectly sized and created for our windows when we received them. The blinds do not do as good of a job keeping light out as I had hoped they would, but they are beautiful and keep everything private which is the goal.

I absolutely love my bamboo blinds. They took a bit longer to be delivered because of the pandemic impact, but it was well worth the wait. They were easy to install and look fabulous!

  • In the event that a product, color or product feature has been discontinued and it is no longer available we will provide a substitute product as similar as possible to the original blind or shade.
  • Shipping for warranty issues is the responsibility of the customer to and from the repair facility. Packaging on return shipments is the responsibility of the customer.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them for store credit, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Returns are for store credit only and store credit will be available immediately after the items are received (Guaranteed to Love fee is not credited).

Shutters,custom graphic shades, commercial/dealer orders are not covered.
