I was sceptical as the price was half what I'd been seeing at the department stores. I figured they were cheaply constructed or inferior quality. NOT SO! I was pleasantly surprised with the quality, construction and the price! Be sure to measure accurately as their construction is exactly what you order. There wasn't a quarter inch difference. I highly recommend.

These are phenomenal blinds - just what I wanted and the size was perfect - the only issue was one of the blinds had a loose joint in the middle - I had to push the ends together to fix and probably should have glued it but it's ok now.

Highly recommend blind chalet and these blinds in particular!

These are phenomenal blinds - just what I wanted and the size was perfect - the only issue was one of the blinds had a loose joint in the middle - I had to push the ends together to fix and probably should have glued it but it's ok now.

Very nice blinds! My advice to others would be to make sure you order samples. The blinds I originally wanted would have been a totally wrong color. Also, the edging is really small- you may want the wider edging. The lining you can raise independent of the shade is great! Love it!

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them for store credit, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Returns are for store credit only and store credit will be available immediately after the items are received (Guaranteed to Love fee is not credited).

Shutters,custom graphic shades, commercial/dealer orders are not covered.
