Pretty easy to install, just make sure you have an extension or extra long Phillips head for your drill/electric screwdriver.

I think the blinds are great. Some suggestions: When we installed the Rollease system it ran into the end of the bolt coming down from the wall bracket and was very hard to install. Also the instructions could be much more helpful. In particular, I suggest wrapping the blinds with something that warns customers not to cut or untie or cut any cords. Also our instructions were wrong. The hanging hardware does not go a couple of inches from each end; suggest instead telling customers to turn the main package on its side, put that up over the window, and spot the places on the wall where the brackets have to be installed. We also got blackout fabric that wasn't the color we ordered but decided it was okay since you cant see it. B=Now that they're up, they look great.

I ordered the bamboo shades for our screened porch which has some odd sized window spaces. I ordered them to fit inside the frames so I was a bit worried about how they would fit. They arrived much quicker than I anticipated and were packed very well. I love the built in valance and the cotton border in the khaki color was very nice and gave them a polished look. The fit inside the window frame was absolutely perfect so don't be afraid to measure yourself. They are very nicely made and roll up and down very easily. Installation was very easy using a small drill, a tape measure and a pencil. They filter out the hot Georgia afternoon sun very nicely. The only reason I gave quality & installation a 4 instead of a 5 was because these are the only bamboo shades I have ever purchased and installed. I absolutely love them and would recommend them to anyone who is considering bamboo shades.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them for store credit, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Returns are for store credit only and store credit will be available immediately after the items are received (Guaranteed to Love fee is not credited).

Shutters,custom graphic shades, commercial/dealer orders are not covered.
