I ordered these for the bedroom because I could not afford the nicer ones I already bought from blinds chalet. They call these basic and they are still nicer than most I have seen. I love them!!! So glad I chose Blinds Chalet. They got them to my house fast.

The blinds arrived pretty quickly. They really look nice. The price was good. The only thing that makes me a little nervous is that one of the blinds I ordered was 96" in width and there are only 3 brackets holding it up. The blinds are very heavy and the directions say that there should be 4 brackets for this one. But they open and close easily, you just have to make sure that when closing the big one, you hang on to it tightly so that it doesn't "slam" down. The installation was a little "hokey" to, you are supposed to put the blind on the brackets, then hold the blinds up to the wall and mark the brackets. The problem with that is the blinds are in the way for marking them. It was hard to hold the blinds out of the way and mark the wall, plus the blinds were heavy to do this. You need more than 2 people for this. One on each end of the blind and one person marking the bracket. We just measured the hole for the middle bracket because that one was the most important one that needed to be right on. The side ones had a little bit of wiggle room for the bracket placement. Otherwise they are great. I would definitely order from here again.

This shade is for my teenage son's room. We love the shade. I was impress that the order came out right since I had to change it on the phone after I placed the order. We really like the moveable liner also. He can choose to have a lighter room or dark just by raising or lowering the liner.

These are great shades. Look marvelous. Very forgiving to hang as they are very adjustable to account for incorrect measuring on the part of a novice measuring tape user! Am planning on making my third purchase, and more, to make the whole house bamboo shaded. I had purchased blinds that are 45% privacy and they are absolutely wonderful for their insulation quality which was an extremely nice unexpected benefit.
