I love these blinds! There look wonderful & the fit is perfect. I am so happy with you. I first ordered samples, they arrived quickly. Then my husband measured our windows & we placed the order. I was so impressed at how quickly the blinds arrived. I have to say I was nervous. But they fit perfect & just look great. I am so happy with them. Thank-you!

I have never written a review before, but I am so happy with these blinds that I thought I should give Blind Chalet credit. The color was as pictured; the binding that I was advised to get matched well; the price was quite reasonable; and, what concerned me most, the fit, was perfect. Furthermore, my husband, who installed them, is impressed with the ease with which they can be installed. He has installed similar blinds and thinks these are much better. I plan to order more of these shades as we continue remodeling our house.

  • Shipping for warranty issues is the responsibility of the customer to and from the repair facility. Packaging on return shipments is the responsibility of the customer.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them for store credit, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Returns are for store credit only and store credit will be available immediately after the items are received (Guaranteed to Love fee is not credited).

Shutters,custom graphic shades, commercial/dealer orders are not covered.
