I ordered the Aspen Faux Wood vertical blinds, in Chestnut, for my Patio door. I did the installation myself, which was quick and easy. The color is a perfect match and the quality is superb. There was only one problem and that was with the valence which had some scratches, but when I called Customer Service they were very helpful. I just emailed pictures of the problem to them and they arranged for a replacement valence to be sent, which I should receive very soon.
