These blinds are beautiful! They completely change the look of the rooms and they block out so much light when closed. I was a little skeptical about ordering blinds online but I'm so glad I did. Especially since I couldn't find these prices anywhere around here. The quality is excellent for being faux wood and installation was a breeze. It took my husband less than 10 minutes to install each one. Shipping was also a lot quicker than I expected which was big plus. I would highly recommend these blinds and this company!!!

Good blinds for the money! I only wish the slats were a little thicker. They bow just a bit, however I have a 76 inch window. Much better than vinyl.

These looked nice in my upstairs windows. Purchased 8 and very pleased. Only the installation od the valances could of been better illistrated. Would recommend, install pretty straight forward.

I loved the blinds... but two out of four did have bent headers. Luckily the bent header portion was the side which butts up against the window and no one could see it.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them for store credit, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Returns are for store credit only and store credit will be available immediately after the items are received (Guaranteed to Love fee is not credited).

Shutters,custom graphic shades, commercial/dealer orders are not covered.
