I love these blinds. More expensive than department store mini-blinds but so worth it. Keeps the bedroom dark enough to sleep with out curtain.

I am very happy with my blinds. I have been looking for pull up blinds and couldn't find them anywhere. And voila, they were here! Definitely will be telling everyone I know about them. I like the 2" as they are very nice and easy to clean. Only problem we had were with the top Valance. We had to cut off the decorative edges as they didn't fit into our frames, but that is okay. My contractor did it. He did have a bit of a hard time installing them, but once he figured out the first one, he was able to do the other 4. But it took him a while.

The product arrived in a timely manner, well packaged. I opened them and determined how to install them. I used my own flat headed wood screws to minimize the protrusion of the screws included which had a bulky head. The color of the blinds matches my kitchen cabinet color very well. They operate and move very well and I am happy with this product.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them for store credit, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Returns are for store credit only and store credit will be available immediately after the items are received (Guaranteed to Love fee is not credited).

Shutters,custom graphic shades, commercial/dealer orders are not covered.
