We found the blind color to be perfect for us. We were not happy about there being no written instructions. A bit inconvenient to have to go on line. We have a split blind configuration and one side of the slats is not quite lined up with the other side. Other than that we are very happy with our purchase.

We had two issues with this order. 1. One of the balances was broken on arrival. The corner snapped off. Easy to fix ourselves but we didn't need them this time. 2. One of the blinds would not lock in position when trying to pull up or down. My husband was able to adjust but normally I would have called customer service. Overall, I was happy with the blinds. I've ordered from them in the past and never had an issue.

Our wood blinds were received in timely fashion. They fit perfectly - I took measurements as directed on the web site. Installed 6 blinds in under 2 hours. A couple of the control rods were the wrong length and one valance was missing some snap track, but proper replacements were sent out immediately, no questions asked. Happy with them and they look good.

Things were good except that the order was shipped incomplete. Missing were the center supports for the white two on one headrail units, two of these. Several spacer blocks and clips to attach valances were missing also. Using the replacement center to order the parts was okay. However, it took over a week to obtain the parts. Received everything correct but the center supports are not painted the "stark white" color to match the headrail. Please re-stock.
