Insulating Cellular Shade Fabric with Smooth Side-to-Side Operation
Vertical Cellular Shades combine the insulating construction of cellular shades with the convenient operation needed for sliding glass doors and other large openings. The vertically oriented honeycomb fabric compresses neatly to the side as the shade opens, providing convenient access to the doorway while maintaining a clean, contemporary appearance.
A comfortable handle attached to the vertical rail makes the shade easy to slide open and closed. The cordless design eliminates dangling lift cords, creating a cleaner appearance and providing additional peace of mind in homes with children or pets.
Choose a left stack, right stack, center split or Stack-at-Will configuration. Stack-at-Will operation allows the shade panels to be positioned at different locations across the opening, giving you greater control over doorway access, privacy and natural light.
Other Fabric Options
We also offer this same vertical cellular shade in other fabrics. Customize your shade with light-filtering or blackout cellular fabrics. Light-filtering fabrics soften incoming sunlight while providing daytime privacy, while blackout fabrics provide increased room darkening and privacy. Available fabric constructions include single-cell and cell-in-a-cell options in select 9/16-inch, 3/4-inch, and 1 1/4-inch cell sizes.
The honeycomb cells trap air within the fabric, helping insulate large glass doors and windows. This added layer can improve indoor comfort, reduce heat transfer and help soften outside noise.
Integrated Headrail and Coordinating Hardware
The streamlined aluminum headrail is designed as a finished part of the shade, so a separate valance is not required. The headrail, vertical rails and operating handles are available in color-coordinating finishes, including Vanilla, Transparent Aluminum, Black, Fawn, and Pongee.
Custom Vertical Cellular Shades can be made for openings up to 120 inches wide and 118 inches high, making them an excellent solution for patio doors, sliding glass doors, balcony doors and wide windows.
