Used to re-charge the batteries for a motorized shade. One charger can be used for multiple motorized shades so you may buy just one per order but you can always buy extra. If you select motorization we recommend adding at least one charger.
Remote - 15 Channel
Control up to 15 individual shades or groups of shades on one remote control. Must select the motorization upgrade as well.
Remote - 5 Channel
Control up to 5 window shades or 5 groups of window shades with the same remote.
Automate Pulse 2 Smart Home Hub

Installed the Skylight Shade and it looks and works great. Install instructions need to be perused a couple of times get the idea of the install.
One thing I was not expecting is that the side rails ( aluminum )do not have mounting holes pre drilled. They need to be drilled and there is no mention of that in the instructions.

I bought these for a room with 3 sky lights to reduce the heat that builds up, reduce window condensation, and to keep light off saltwater aquarium. The install was a bit tricky at first, not complicated at all but once I did one I flew through the others. So far they block light just what I wanted and it seems to of helped reduce the heat build up. The fish tank seems happy as there’s no more stray light shining in on it causing algae blooms. As far as the condensation so far so good we’ll see when the weather changes. Overall these are great so glad I put these up.

This shade has helped keep the sun from bleaching our brand new carpet. I love that it still lets in all the light without the harmful rays. I'm hoping that it will help with the cold in the winter. Glad we found this company and that they have been so well made and at such a great price that we are able to get the shades we need in this new home of ours.

I was very pleased with the appearance and quality of the shades but the installation left a lot to be desired. An additional set of longer screws for penetrating sheetrock should have been included or had as an option when ordering and nowhere on the instructions did it mention that the side rails needed to be pre-drilled. Other than that they were fairly easy to install. For the price the quality cannot be beat.

What Is Covered

Our window coverings are covered against manufacturing defects in materials or craftsmanship when used as intended, provided that:

  • The product has been correctly measured, installed, and operated.
  • All Blinds Chalet guidelines regarding product limitations, maintenance, and care have been followed.

Who Is Eligible

This warranty applies solely to the original purchaser of the product and is non-transferable.


Blinds Chalet’s Responsibility

If a covered defect is confirmed, Blinds Chalet will, at its discretion, repair the product, replace affected parts, or provide a comparable replacement.


Costs not included: The customer is responsible for expenses related to shipping as well as any measuring, installation, removal, or reinstallation services. Labor charges, service visits, and similar costs are not covered by this warranty.

What Is Not Covered

  • Damage resulting from accidents, alterations, misuse, abuse, or neglect.
  • Improper measurement, installation, cleaning, or maintenance.
  • Normal wear and tear, including fading, discoloration, or deterioration from sunlight or moisture.
  • Frayed cords, cord breakage, or reduced cord performance due to age or heavy use.

Fading and normal aging of materials are expected characteristics and are not considered defects.


Warranty Limitations

This warranty is exclusive and replaces any other expressed or implied warranties. No Blinds Chalet employee or representative is authorized to modify or extend these terms.


Blinds Chalet will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from product use or failure.

Resolution on Warranties and Guarantees
  • BlindsChalet.com reserves, at its discretion, the right to repair, replace or refund any blinds found defective. Limit 1 remake per covered product.
  • If there are multiple blinds/shades in the same room, only the defective product will be replaced/repaired.
  • In the event that a product, color or product feature has been discontinued and it is no longer available we will provide a substitute product as similar as possible to the original blind or shade.
  • Shipping for warranty issues is the responsibility of the customer to and from the repair facility. Packaging on return shipments is the responsibility of the customer.
  • If a product or component has been discontinued, Blinds Chalet will repair or replace the affected part with the closest available match in design and color.
