1. Program Overview
Blinds Chalet’s Affiliate Program allows approved participants to earn a commission by promoting Blinds Chalet products through unique referral links. Affiliates must comply with these terms to participate.2. Affiliate Eligibility
- Applicants must be 18 years or older.
- Affiliates must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- We reserve the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at our sole discretion.
3. Commission Structure
- Affiliates earn a 10% commission on sales generated through their unique referral link.
- Commission is calculated on the net sale amount, excluding taxes, shipping, and discounts.
- Commissions are tracked and paid within 30 days of the order being placed.
4. Payment Terms
- Payouts will be issued monthly with a minimum payout threshold of $50.
- Payment methods include over 200 gift card options, prepaid cards, and direct transfers via PayPal, Venmo, or ACH.
- Affiliates are responsible for ensuring payment details are accurate. Blinds Chalet is not liable for failed payments due to incorrect information.
5. Prohibited Activities
To maintain the integrity of our program, affiliates must not engage in the following:5.1 Fraudulent Practices
- Generating sales through fraudulent or deceptive means, including cookie stuffing or click fraud.
- Using fake or unauthorized coupon codes.
5.2 Brand Misrepresentation
- Impersonating Blinds Chalet on websites, social media, or other platforms.
- Using unauthorized logos, brand names, or promotional materials.
5.3 Spamming
- Sending unsolicited emails, comments, or messages promoting Blinds Chalet.
5.4 Trademark Bidding
- Affiliates may not bid on “Blinds Chalet” or similar keywords in paid search campaigns without written approval.
5.5 Unauthorized Promotions
- Promoting offers, discounts, or claims not explicitly approved by Blinds Chalet.
6. Monitoring and Compliance
- Blinds Chalet reserves the right to monitor affiliate activities to ensure compliance with these terms.
- Violations will result in immediate suspension or termination from the program, and any unpaid commissions may be forfeited.
7. Intellectual Property
- Affiliates may use approved logos, banners, and promotional materials provided by Blinds Chalet.
- Unauthorized use of Blinds Chalet’s intellectual property is strictly prohibited.
8. Termination
Blinds Chalet reserves the right to terminate an affiliate’s participation at any time, with or without cause. Reasons for termination include, but are not limited to:
- Violation of these terms
- Engaging in prohibited activities
- Inactivity for more than 12 months.
9. Limitation of Liability
Blinds Chalet is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the affiliate program. Affiliates participate at their own risk.
10. Amendments
Blinds Chalet reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes via email or through the affiliate dashboard. Continued participation in the program constitutes agreement to updated terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Arizona in the United States of America. Any disputes arising from the affiliate program will be resolved in our local jurisdiction.
