Who is covered?
The warranty protection covers the original purchaser.
What is covered?
Any damage, for any reason is covered for up to two instances. Finish is covered for the life of the product, colorfastness is covered for three years. After the two repairs have been performed, don't worry, your shutters are still covered under the Limited Lifetime Warranty.
Limited Lifetime Warranty covers your shutters against original defects in materials or workmanship. The warranty protection and limited lifetime warranty are both activated upon the products being properly installed and accepted by the consumer. Repair and replacement will be at the company's sole discretion.

Hidden Tilt Bar
Open and close the shutter louvers with a hidden tilt bar located on the street side of the shutters out of view. Shutters over 52" in height will require the hidden tilt to be split in half.

Frame Sides
The number of sides of the shutter frame. 4 sides are standard but for instance if your window has an extruding window sill 3 sides is recommended.
Number of Panels
Determined by the width of your window, the number of shutter panels within the shutter frame. You can adjust this number to customize your shutter design, look, and feel. When more than one panel is selected they will be equal size.
Panel Fold
How each panel attaches to the frame and the other shutter panels. Shutter configurations are when looking at the shutter from inside the house and are listed from left to right.

Divider Rail
Divider rails are used to add strength and stiffen the shutter panels. Shutter panels over 66 inches in height will require a divider rail. Divider rails allow the top and bottom portions of the panel to be tilted open and close independently but do not allow the top and bottom sections to swing open separately. The measurement for the divider rail position is from the bottom of the shutter frame to the center of the divider rail.
Hinge Color
Color of the hinges used to open and close each shutter panel.
Louver Size
Louvers are the horizontal slats on each shutter panel. Louvers are available in various sizes measured by the vertical dimension of the louver.
