For the price (one of the best online), the blinds are great. I love the top-down option. I was disappointed that the metal parts of the blinds were so yellow-white though (do not match my white window trim) - I was not expecting that and there was no option given to choose. But I would buy again from this company.

I generally like the blinds. They were extremely easy to install. I got the Top Down Bottom Up cordless style. My only real complaint is that they are very hard to pull down. They go up easily. I'm not sure how the mechanism works but it seems like they may have put a higher tension system then what was required for the size I ordered. Can someone from the company verify how they determine tension strength per size/weight?

I ordered the BrownGold metallic blinds which are terrific. I got the measurements right and everything fit perfectly. Oh yeah, they arrived in less that a weeks time of my order. Wow. I needed inexpensive white miniblinds to use for a couple of years until we replace windows. Best price, and I was surprised at the quality. Thin aluminum, but measured perfectly and went up easily. They look great for what they are!

Twin header (10 feet long) went up easily. Came in an indestructible box. Of course, now I have the box to recycle, and it took a circular saw to cut it up. These were WELL packaged.
Measurements were exactly correct. I will buy again for the other windows.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them for store credit, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Returns are for store credit only and store credit will be available immediately after the items are received (Guaranteed to Love fee is not credited).

Shutters,custom graphic shades, commercial/dealer orders are not covered.
