Arrived in good shape. Fairly easy to install. Product looks great!

One of the slats had a frayed edge from being cut but I was able to sand.

Also, a line in Step 6 of the Installation Instructions was unclear: "If the headrail can slide from side to side in the box brackets, you can use a flat head screwdriver to bend out the tabs on the end of the until it is snug." The end of the what? There was no tab on the end of the headrail.

I ordered blinds for my whole house from Blind Chalet as I was getting ready to renovate my house for renting. The ordering process was easy as I used both customer service and on-line ordering. After confirming my order, the blinds arrived in about 2 weeks. I didn't have any issues with my blinds. They installed easily and look great. Definitely recommend.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them for store credit, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Returns are for store credit only and store credit will be available immediately after the items are received (Guaranteed to Love fee is not credited).

Shutters,custom graphic shades, commercial/dealer orders are not covered.
