My honeycomb blinds/shade was exactly what I needed for a guest bedroom. My order was the right size and color and they arrived on time. The material was cheaper than brand-name blinds (Blinds Chalet uses plastic instead of metal for the frame and other key parts and the fabric of the blinds is thinner) but they work for the room they're in. The only issue is that they take a bit of effort to install because the top piece is fussy about clicking into place and the material tore in one place during installation. Fortunately, it's not noticeable. These blinds are inexpensive for a reason but they will do the job in guests bedrooms and bathrooms and basements.

We’re back to order more of these shades! I bought these on a recommendation from a friend for my den and kitchen windows. We love them so much that I just ordered and hung them in our bathroom and the 6 windows in our sunny laundry room. It’s usually so hot in the laundry room with all morning sun, and these shades already made such a difference in keeping it cool. They allow plenty of filtered light (we have the cotton color) and they are so easy to lift and pull down. I was concerned with the ones I bought a few years ago holding up to my kids adjusting them, but they’re still in perfect shape. We’re planning to buy some for the bedrooms next.

Also, installing 7 shades took two of us around 30 minutes.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them for store credit, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Returns are for store credit only and store credit will be available immediately after the items are received (Guaranteed to Love fee is not credited).

Shutters,custom graphic shades, commercial/dealer orders are not covered.
