Edge Binding
Edge Binding are cloth tapes that are wrapped on the edge of the shades to help prevent fraying as well as adding an elegant look to the shades. Our standard edge binding is 1 1/4" wide with approximately 1/2" of fabric showing on each side of the shades. Wide Edge Binding is 3” wide, with approximately 1 1/2" of fabric showing on each side of the shade.
Privacy Liner
Add additional privacy and light blockage to your shades by adding this upgrade to your shades.
If no option is given, the default color is a white privacy liner when this upgrade is selected.
Blackout Liner
Add additional privacy and block the light by adding this upgrade to your shades.

Draw Position
Draw Position
Select the side of the blind for the draw control location. The draw control is used to open and close the blinds.

For a cord control, the draw position will be on the same side where the blinds stack. For a wand control, the draw position will be on the opposite side of where the blinds stack.
Liner Color
Liner Color
Fabric color on either a blackout or a privacy liner. Liners are designed for privacy as well as light control. Liners are white towards the window side of the shades with the color selected towards the interior of the home.

    These are Nice Blinds, i was able to install them in 20 minutes, looks a little bit shorter in size but there was note saying it will stretch so will wait for now.

    The quality of the sliding panels was wonderful. The bamboo looks very rich. I got it with the light filtering backing and I couldn't be happier. The customer service was excellent. The width of my type of sliding panel usually comes standard with four panels. I called and asked if it would be possible to get 5 panels. In 10 seconds I had a positive "yes" answer. The only complaint I might have are the installation instructions. Very vague, but you can figure it out. Because my window was 106 inches in width, they sent the panel track in two peices. It was a bit challenging to make the two peices exactly even so that the sliders would move smoothly across them. Overall I'm extremely happy with the qaulity and look.

    These were very easy to install as well. The only thing we are a little concerned about is the track system. It came in 2 sections but nothing to connect the two in the middle. The panels get caught where they tracks connect because they don't match up "perfectly" and there was nothing given to us to connect the tracks to ensure easy sliding of the panels. Is there something you can provide us to correct this?

    What Is Covered

    Our window coverings are covered against manufacturing defects in materials or craftsmanship when used as intended, provided that:

    • The product has been correctly measured, installed, and operated.
    • All Blinds Chalet guidelines regarding product limitations, maintenance, and care have been followed.

    Who Is Eligible

    This warranty applies solely to the original purchaser of the product and is non-transferable.


    Blinds Chalet’s Responsibility

    If a covered defect is confirmed, Blinds Chalet will, at its discretion, repair the product, replace affected parts, or provide a comparable replacement.


    Costs not included: The customer is responsible for expenses related to shipping as well as any measuring, installation, removal, or reinstallation services. Labor charges, service visits, and similar costs are not covered by this warranty.

    What Is Not Covered

    • Damage resulting from accidents, alterations, misuse, abuse, or neglect.
    • Improper measurement, installation, cleaning, or maintenance.
    • Normal wear and tear, including fading, discoloration, or deterioration from sunlight or moisture.
    • Frayed cords, cord breakage, or reduced cord performance due to age or heavy use.

    Fading and normal aging of materials are expected characteristics and are not considered defects.


    Warranty Limitations

    This warranty is exclusive and replaces any other expressed or implied warranties. No Blinds Chalet employee or representative is authorized to modify or extend these terms.


    Blinds Chalet will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from product use or failure.

    Resolution on Warranties and Guarantees
    • BlindsChalet.com reserves, at its discretion, the right to repair, replace or refund any blinds found defective. Limit 1 remake per covered product.
    • If there are multiple blinds/shades in the same room, only the defective product will be replaced/repaired.
    • In the event that a product, color or product feature has been discontinued and it is no longer available we will provide a substitute product as similar as possible to the original blind or shade.
    • Shipping for warranty issues is the responsibility of the customer to and from the repair facility. Packaging on return shipments is the responsibility of the customer.
    • If a product or component has been discontinued, Blinds Chalet will repair or replace the affected part with the closest available match in design and color.

Returns are for store credit only and store credit will be available immediately after the items are received (Guaranteed to Love fee is not credited).
