We placed the order for our custom made blinds and received them to the exact specifications that we ordered in a very reasonable time. They included detailed, easy to follow instructions that at 67 years of age, I was able to install them in a short amount of time. They look and work great blocking the suns heat coming through our bay window just as we hoped they would.
We will definitely purchase more products from Blinds Chalet in the future!

These solar shades work well at reducing afternoon sun, for a fair price. The color turned out to be more yellow, less brown, than we had expected. In the past, we have taken advantage of BC's offer to send color samples before ordering. We were in a hurry this time. Next time, I will definitely order color samples first!

One minor comment about the installation instructions: they seem to apply to two different types of bracket, only one of which is actually in a given package. I don't understand why the sheet of instructions isn't specific to the one model that is actually shipped. The instructions were fine, but I thought it would not have been too difficult to make them even more clear. For instance, I installed two shades side-by-side. With clearer instructions, or with a practice run first, I could have made them perfectly even when fully unrolled. I can easily go back now and tweak them, but so far I haven't bothered.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them for store credit, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Returns are for store credit only and store credit will be available immediately after the items are received (Guaranteed to Love fee is not credited).

Shutters,custom graphic shades, commercial/dealer orders are not covered.
