We ordered two styles--top down/bottom up and continuous loop. With the continous loop blinds we found the shades to be of excellent quality overall and were pleasantly surprised at how well they worked with the ComforTrack system. We were less impressed with the the top down/bottom up shades. We experienced a problem with one of the two top down shades we ordered. Luckily one of the design consultants went above and beyond to resolve our problem. We're so happy with the customer support we received that we're ordering several more of the continuous loop blinds. However we would not recommend top down/bottom up, even if it's a free option.

We are very pleased with the product. Quality is excellent, appearance is very nice, fit is precise, definitely keeps the cold air out. We are very glad that we followed the detailed measuring instructions, because it helped provide a very good, custom fit.

I had never installed this type of blind before. I did it myself and had no trouble and they are perfect. I would definitely recommend them and they work beautifully. They block the light out like a champ!

Definitely Light blocking, not really 'sound reducing' even though it's in this category. Very good insulating properties. I'm not sure about the quality of material used, only time will tell if this is good or not. The size was perfect, as was the delivery time. I was a bit upset to see the 'free' thermometer offer after my order, but that's how it goes!

The shades do an amazing job of keeping the sun and light out of the room. It also gives plenty of privacy since the shades are on tracks. Once I have them a full year, I will be able to tell how it affects the temperature of the room from the summer sun and the winter cold. I would prefer pull tabs for regulating the shades. I'm not crazy about the pull strings. Sometimes you have to play around with them. I would still highly recommend the shades if you are looking for darkness and private. My husband installed them quite easily after the first one.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them for store credit, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Returns are for store credit only and store credit will be available immediately after the items are received (Guaranteed to Love fee is not credited).

Shutters,custom graphic shades, commercial/dealer orders are not covered.
