I ordered roller shades for all the windows in my entire house. I was unsure about measuring myself, so I called customer service to confirm my measurements. My orders arrived on time. I ordered the woven style because my interior is Bali style. The material is excellent, the measurements are accurate. The shades are very neat. My husband said they were easy to install. Also, thank you for the military discount.

The shades look great. I have been getting lots of compliments on them. I asked a friend to help me with the patio door blind because it was so long. We had a few snafus but after reading the directions more carefully we got the job done. My friend had fun and was impressed that we could do it ourselves.

Blinds are beatiful. Fit perfectly. Snapping into bracket was a little hard, I hope if they ever need to come down they snap back out.

I am very impressed with the quality of the shades. Though this is for my own home, I am also a professional in the window shade industry so I am familiar with shades and installations. I suggest to anyone doing this themselves to really follow the instructions and call for help if needed. I did the measuring myself, on the inside mount shades I did run into some problems but managed to fix it. I suggest one pay the extra price for guaranteed to fit. Windows can vary in width from top to bottom so it is important to measure the top opening of the window ( as well as the bottom opening ) to ensure that the shade will fit properly. The one thing I did not like is that on the metal continuous cord, it is not continuous, the ball chain is connected with a connector. I have a tool that will allow me to connect the chain together without this connector so I can live with it, for now. All in all it is a great product and Blind Chalet is an excellent source for shades.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them for store credit, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Returns are for store credit only and store credit will be available immediately after the items are received (Guaranteed to Love fee is not credited).

Shutters,custom graphic shades, commercial/dealer orders are not covered.
