I didn't realize the my window drywall openings for some of the blinds varied a bit, so one blind could not have any side tracks at all without binding.
The breakaway pull cords are so sensitive that I am now just tying them together.
The glue on the side track magnetic strip doesn't adhere to drywall very well, so I stapled the magnetic strip to the drywall to hold it on.

The bottom seal on the shade is de-laminating and curling down from both sides of the shade. I need to find a different glue to get it to stay on the bottom rail, or remove it entirely.

I bought four large light filtering blinds. They’re excellent so far. I say “so far” only because they were installed the other day. With the apparent quality of the shades, I’m certain they’ll be excellent in the long run as well. Oh and installation was a snap, especially after you do the first one.
As well, Blinds Chalet service was outstanding and the order to ship time was fast.
A piece of advice to any customers, measure ACCURATELY and measure twice. Then, have someone double-check your measurements. I did and the blinds fit like a glove. No gaps whatsoever.
My wife and I most certainly will be ordering more of these wonderful shades for our other windows in the near future. I cannot recommend Blinds Chalet more.

I love the top down option and leave the shade down a few inches for a view of the tree tops and sky. After ordering and installing one for 1 room, bought 2 more for another room.
Fit in 1st room was perfect; had to trim top of guide rail to fit. The next 2 had more room at the top for the guide rail and shade is a bit looser, but ok.
Really improves the look of the room!

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them for store credit, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Returns are for store credit only and store credit will be available immediately after the items are received (Guaranteed to Love fee is not credited).

Shutters,custom graphic shades, commercial/dealer orders are not covered.
