Overall good experience. Had a problem with price change. A couple people made excuses. The third attempt in a chat with Nancy she took responsibility and corrected the problem. I asked about my specific installation and was told all necessary hardware was included, which was not true. I apparently needed the optional brackets which were not included. I cut some wood shims and used longer screws to install above my window trim. I was then followed up with a customer satisfaction phone call. Jill was very interested in my experience. Pleasant conversation. Problem resolved.

We recently moved into a big old house, built in 1901. It has all the original single pane windows (so chilly). I was worried it was going to cost a fortune to purchase blinds for all the windows. It was a priority, to help with energy efficiency and cut down the draftiness. I had been shopping for blinds for months, but everything was so expensive, and the ordering was complicated. When I discovered Blind Chalet's website, I was thrilled. I found the blinds I had been looking for at an amazing price. The ordering process was easy, and a week later, my blinds arrived. I am a woman in my mid-fifties, and with a stepstool and a drill, I installed three sets of blinds in about a half hour. It was a breeze, and they look amazing!

Resolution:
  • BlindsChalet.com reserves, at its discretion, the right to repair, replace or refund any blinds found defective.
  • If there are multiple blinds/shades in the same room, only the defective product will be replaced/repaired.
  • In the event that a product, color or product feature has been discontinued and it is no longer available we will provide a substitute product as similar as possible to the original blind or shade.
  • Shipping for warranty issues is the responsibility of the customer to and from the repair facility. Packaging on return shipments is the responsibility of the customer.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them for store credit, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Returns are for store credit only and store credit will be available immediately after the items are received (Guaranteed to Love fee is not credited).

Shutters,custom graphic shades, commercial/dealer orders are not covered.
