Everything arrived neatly and simply packaged. Blinds were just as described, and function great. They even seem to stand up really well against my 1-year-old yanking on them occasionally. All this and around half the price of what I was seeing elsewhere, and to my exact measurements.

These shades were easy to order, arrived quickly, and are made well. We ordered swatches in advance to choose color, and the finished shades match the swatch exactly. The top down/bottom up mechanism works perfectly. The few drawbacks to these shades are (1) that the box at the top that houses the TDBU mechanism is quite a bit taller than on some other shades (it is 2 inches tall, whereas the box on Hunter Douglas shades is 1 1/4 inches tall, which makes for a trimmer appearance); and (2) the chrome clips that mount the shade to the window frame have big tabs that are visible when the top of the shade is pulled down. We've ordered a few shades for home and work from Blinds Chalet and have been pleased with the service and quality.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them for store credit, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Returns are for store credit only and store credit will be available immediately after the items are received (Guaranteed to Love fee is not credited).

Shutters,custom graphic shades, commercial/dealer orders are not covered.
