The blackout roman shades were installed without any problems. They look great and certainly provide darkness in our bedroom. The one thing that could be improved is the directions for an outside mount need to be more detailed. Customer service was very helpful.

I love my shades, but I have a few complaints. There were no installation directions included with the shipment and the color of the actual product was VERY different from the color on the website. I know that you recommend ordering product samples to avoid this problem, but if I had done that, I would have missed the 30% off sale. The sale was a very big savings because I had to order 5 shades for my bay window. I didn't want to risk the savings. I knew there could be a color variation, but I didn't expect them to be a completely different color, which I assure you, is no exaggeration. It's a very lucky coincidence that the color they turned out to be also matches my room, or I would have a big problem.

First of all, your Customer Service Department was extremely helpful and the color samples I ordered came very quickly. The Roman shades I decided on arrived in about a week and I was so happy to see how beautiful they were. I was a little unsure about ordering "made-to-fit" shades, but they fit perfectly and the lacquer color is gorgeous. Everyone who sees them agrees they are perfect for our bay window, and they added the finishing touches to make our dining room beautiful. The 30% off coupon was an added bonus, making these window coverings a great bargain. Thanks Blind Chalet!

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them for store credit, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Returns are for store credit only and store credit will be available immediately after the items are received (Guaranteed to Love fee is not credited).

Shutters,custom graphic shades, commercial/dealer orders are not covered.
