These are wonderful! Exactly what we were looking for, and at an incredible price! Good quality, perfect fit, timely arrival, what more could I ask for? Recommend reading the entire site about measuring to make sure you provide the correct numbers (according to how you wish to hang your blinds) for manufacturing.

The blinds were much as expected. A lovely warm color. The size was perfect. The blinds stick out from the mounting surface more than expected. As part of making that look better, the kit includes bamboo side covers that are an inch wide and four inches tall attached with velcro. The blinds move smoothly and lock/release easily. The folded over "hem" actually is glued into place and some hardened glue is visible.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them for store credit, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Returns are for store credit only and store credit will be available immediately after the items are received (Guaranteed to Love fee is not credited).

Shutters,custom graphic shades, commercial/dealer orders are not covered.
