Mount Type
 
Specify the mount type of the blind or shade. Blinds can be mounted inside the window frame or on the wall or ceiling outside the window frame. If mounting inside a window frame ensure your windows are the proper depth to allow the blinds to fit. Outside mount ensure you do not have any trim or other obstructions.

Controls:
The lift cord is used to raise and lower the blinds. This option allows you to select the position of the cord on the blinds.
The tilt control operates the tilt on the blind slats.
x This lift option has a looping lift chain adjacent to the shade. The fabric/material is narrower on the control side allowing the control to hang to the side without interfering with the lift of the shade. Shades with Continuous Cord Loop option may have a light gap on black-out shades.

Roll Position

With the standard roll, the fabric comes down behind the roll next to the wall and the roll is visible inside the house. This option keeps the fabric tight to the wall on an outside mount. Reverse roll brings the fabric down in front of the roll and hides the roll from the house side of the roller shade.

Hold Downs (Outside Mount Only):
Hold downs are used to tie the bottom of the window blinds. This is used for applications such as french door blinds to keep the blinds from moving when closing the door.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them for store credit, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Returns are for store credit only and store credit will be available immediately after the items are received (Guaranteed to Love fee is not credited).

Shutters,custom graphic shades, commercial/dealer orders are not covered.
