They were packed VERY WELL. In sturdy boxes.
I have prior experience hanging blinds, so for me, install was quick and easy. All parts were accounted for. I ordered my Aspen 2” Faux with tape. The overall quality is, again, more than I was expecting. They look like top-of-the-line blinds. The tilt and draw cord pills (I chose cords and no wand) are a little sluggish and feel as if they grab a bit during adjustment. I won’t be lifting them, and will occasionally tilt the louvers for light.
I did have a mechanical issue with one of my four blinds’ tilt mechanism,but Shannon at customer service helped to resolve it by sending some videos to help resolve, via email.
Overall, I am extremely pleased about my product investment at Blind Chalet.
