    Affiliates may use approved marketing materials provided in the affiliate dashboard. However, creating websites, social media accounts, or ads that impersonate Blinds Chalet is strictly prohibited. All promotions must clearly identify the affiliate and not mislead customers into thinking they are interacting directly with Blinds Chalet.
  2. Can I use coupon codes to promote Blinds Chalet?
    No. Our program does not support coupon codes. Affiliates must use their unique referral link to earn commissions. Promoting unauthorized coupon codes or creating fake offers is against our terms and may result in removal from the program.
  3. What promotional methods are not allowed?
    We do not permit the following:
    • Spamming (e.g., unsolicited emails or comments on forums)
    • Deceptive advertising (e.g., misleading claims or impersonating Blinds Chalet)
    • Trademark bidding (e.g., using “Blinds Chalet” in paid search ads without prior approval)
    • Cookie stuffing or click fraud
  4. How does Blinds Chalet monitor affiliate activities?
    We regularly review affiliate activities using monitoring tools and manual checks. Affiliates engaging in prohibited activities will be immediately flagged and investigated. If affiliate is in breach of our terms and conditions, they will be removed from the program.
  5. What happens if an affiliate violates the program terms?
    Violations of our terms may result in:
    • Immediate suspension or removal from the program
    • Forfeiture of unpaid commissions
    • Legal action if necessary to protect Blinds Chalet’s reputation
  6. Who can I contact if I notice fraudulent or unauthorized activity?

  • BlindsChalet.com reserves, at its discretion, the right to repair, replace or refund any blinds found defective.
  • If there are multiple blinds/shades in the same room, only the defective product will be replaced/repaired.
  • In the event that a product, color or product feature has been discontinued and it is no longer available we will provide a substitute product as similar as possible to the original blind or shade.
  • Shipping for warranty issues is the responsibility of the customer to and from the repair facility. Packaging on return shipments is the responsibility of the customer.

30 Day Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them for store credit, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Returns are for store credit only and store credit will be available immediately after the items are received (Guaranteed to Love fee is not credited).

Shutters,custom graphic shades, commercial/dealer orders are not covered.
