I ordered six of the Tavarua bamboo shades over the course of last year. I like them, and all came shockingly quick (a few weeks — although my first got delivered by DHL to a blinds’ business), but they aren’t perfect. For three of my shades I went with sunshade in white vs. capri chalk because I couldn’t tell from my sample of the latter if vertical lines were just along edges or every few inches. This could be fixed by full images online of what each design looks like. A small photo, or even a sample square, can’t beat a photo of a full shade on a window. I wish reviews could include photos so I could show others what my shades look like in real life. (The sunshade white is a very gray white and I feel like the image online doesn’t convey that.) On two of my three sunshade white shades I got the optional wide ribbon edging and the ribbon material is stretched out in places which is disappointing. Fortunately it’s mostly near the bottom which is usually hidden, but grosgrain in a less stretchy material would look better. Also disappointing is all my shades have some level of unevenness along the bottom, with the left side being a bit higher than the right on many. Also, one of my two parchment clay shades is cut unevenly along the left side, with a bigger gap up top near the valance than at bottom. Again this is disappointing as it’s a group C ($$$) style. I hope my feedback can improve quality control for these as they are unique and cool, easy-to-install, plus a good value compared with window coverings from other companies.

Very happy with purchase. Color isn't exactly as it looked when ordering but I know computer screens can very quite a bit in how they render the actual color. Blinds fit perfectly and function well.

These blinds are beautiful, easy to install, and smooth to operate. I bought two versions: one with continuous loop pull and attached privacy liner, and one with separate blind and liner, with a pull cord for each. Both have worked well, but I've found I really like the flexibility of lifting the liner separately from the blind. I was afraid that the pull cords might be awkward (as they sometimes are), but these have worked really well. Customer service has also been amazing.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Authorization Number (RGA) and shipping address to return the product. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be processed 2-3 business days after receiving the items (Guaranteed to Love fee is not refundable).
