My Roman shades from Blinds Chalet were the very first online shades I had ever ordered. I was nervous that they would be damaged in shipment, they would not fit my windows correctly or the quality would not be great. All my concerns were for nothing. The blinds were very well packed for shipment and came undamaged, they fit perfectly and the quality is very good. I would suggest that you measure your windows in 3 places vertically and horizontally as they suggest. I have a new house with new square windows and we still measured them as directed. If your house is older the windows may not be perfectly squared and you may have a problem with the shades hanging level and straight... With that said, I am ecstatic with my 5 new Striped Roman Shades!!

Shutters,custom graphic shades, commercial/dealer orders are not covered.

Any mis-measurements reported after 30 days will not be covered, however, new blinds and shades can be ordered with an additional 10% discount.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Authorization Number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after we receive the items (Guaranteed to Love fee is not refundable).
