The shade is attractive and appears as advertised. Be very careful, though, to note that the side insulating track mounts to the window frame. It's not part of the shade. My windows have small inside opening levers, so I couldn't mount the complete track to the window. I had to cut off 1/3 of it. Also, the shade is a tight fit inside the side track and doesn't raise and lower easily.

At first I was very nervous about ordering a precision cut item from a company I did not know. That being said, I am utterly blown away by the quality of my shades and it's exact dimensions. Packaging was rigid and unharmed. Installation was a breeze. Shades move so effortlessly on the track with little to no light bleed. I will definitely return for the remaining windows in my house.

Really love these because they keep out all cold drafts with the side tracks. I got the light filtering ones so I can leave them down during the day on some windows in cold rooms and still have natural light. I didn't buy them as blackout for sleeping purposes, but they should work great.

We are so impressed. The shade does everything it's supposed to and the installation took less than an hour. It rises and falls easily (manually) and it does indeed reduce exterior sound. It's not soundproof, and it's not supposed to be, but it really helped. Highly recommended!

Limit is 1 remake per blind/shade. All remakes will have to be remade in the same color, feature and specifications, no changes are allowed.

Shutters,custom graphic shades, commercial/dealer orders are not covered.

Any mis-measurements reported after 30 days will not be covered, however, new blinds and shades can be ordered with an additional 10% discount.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Authorization Number (RGA) and shipping address to return the product. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be processed 2-3 business days after receiving the items (Guaranteed to Love fee is not refundable).
