I love these blinds--now that I've figured out how to install them. They came with no instructions and do not hang by your typical box bracket. It took me over a week of staring at them every time I walked by to figure out which way the brackets were supposed to hang.

I was really skeptical to order my wood shades without ordering samples first, however I called and talked to two customer service people about colors. I ordered based on what they told me and received them yesterday (in 1 wk)and I am so happy with the results! The match couldn't be any better! They are perfect,good quality,and easy to hang! Completely satisfied. Would highly recommend!

My bamboo blinds are beautiful. The color is perfect, and so is the fit inside the windows. The arrival was about 2 weeks after ordered, as expected.

Limit is 1 remake per blind/shade. All remakes will have to be remade in the same color, feature and specifications, no changes are allowed.

Shutters,custom graphic shades, commercial/dealer orders are not covered.

Any mis-measurements reported after 30 days will not be covered, however, new blinds and shades can be ordered with an additional 10% discount.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Authorization Number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after we receive the items (Guaranteed to Love fee is not refundable).
