Very happy with them one installed. 3 of the 4 balances (magnetic style) were broken and were the wrong size. Had to trim the returns by 1/2 inch and hot glue the returns. One tassel was split in half.

Even though it set us back a couple of extra days, ordering the samples was a good idea; our original choice would have been good, but the color we thought was too dark- ended up being perfect. We are very happy with the appearance and quality of the blinds, customer service was excellent, we received the blinds earlier than stated. We will order from this company again. The blinds do not come tightly into contact with each other when closed, not a problem for us because we have curtains over them that we close at night...they do close tight enough for privacy, but not tight enough to block light.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Authorization Number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after we receive the items (Guaranteed to Love fee is not refundable).
