At first I was wondering how legit this company was since it popped up on my Facebook page. These blinds are great, they have cut the draft from 3 very large windows. The best part is when raised they dont hinder my view of my backyard. I did make some scratches on the face plate as the instructions were not clear on back and front of the header. Be sure to have the trimmed side out and smooth side toward the wall.

I really like this window shade. It fits well, looks elegant, and was easy to install. Customer service was very good with updates, too. My only negative reaction is to the cord design: the little plastic gadget halfway down the cord cannot be repositioned along the cord. As a result, when the shade is lowered, the gadget reaches the top rail before the shade can be fully extended. It is, admittedly, a minor concern, but it would be an improvement if you could move that gadget up or down the cord, as needed.

Limit is 1 remake per blind/shade. All remakes will have to be remade in the same color, feature and specifications, no changes are allowed.

Shutters,custom graphic shades, commercial/dealer orders are not covered.

Any mis-measurements reported after 30 days will not be covered, however, new blinds and shades can be ordered with an additional 10% discount.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Authorization Number (RGA) and shipping address to return the product. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be processed 2-3 business days after receiving the items (Guaranteed to Love fee is not refundable).
