Once I got the shade installed, everything was great. It operates smoothly and looks great. However, the installation didn't go as smoothly as I thought it would. Once I found the correct installation instructions and read them through a couple of times, I figured I would have them installed in a half hour or less. The issue I had was to do with the very vague instructions when it came to where to position the mounting brackets (I did an inside mount) so they were out of the way of the mechanisms in the headrail. I think there should be more detail explaining this such as fitting the brackets before mounting them to the window frame possibly with a diagram indicating what to avoid. Then, instructing to (with brackets clipped to the head rail) to then hold it in position to mark the mounting location on the window frame. Maybe because my shade was only 22" wide things are a lot more congested but I feel that could be mentioned in the instructions.

All remakes will have to be remade in the same color, feature and specifications, no changes are allowed.

Shutters,custom graphic shades, commercial/dealer orders are not covered.

Any mis-measurements reported after 30 days will not be covered, however, new blinds and shades can be ordered with an additional 10% discount.

Our customer care department will provide a Return Authorization Number (RGA) and shipping address to return the product.
