I love the blinds. They let just enough light through without having to worry about walking into a dark room when the blinds are drawn. Great quality...looks very elegant. I had a professional installer to install the blinds. He even commented on the quality.

what a great invention! fully opens or can be adjusted to have zebra lines for partial privacy. however it took way too long and annoying to put up because the shades came with flat head screw which are impossible to drill into the wall. must buy own screws before getting frustrated next time. also the fabric edges are cut and not finished off, I hope they don't rip easily

I love my Zebra shades. They look perfect in my space. I love the look when they are closed, when they are in "zebra" position (very zen), and that I can easily lift them up all together and have unobstructed view. However, in my office, sun is very strong and beams right into my eye. I expected the shades to eliminate the discomfort. While, they are making it much better, it is still uncomfortable to work at my desk during that hour or two.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Authorization Number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after we receive the items (Guaranteed to Love fee is not refundable).
