We are very happy with these shades. Our RV has sloping sides and the tie downs at the bottom of the shades hold them in place close to the windows, and keep them from banging and falling when we drive.

Also they arrived much quicker than the estimate at the time we ordered them !!

We are very happy with the product. The installation was extremely easy. The only negative comment we have is the processing and delivery. The website advertises 2 to 2 1/2 week delivery and was disappointed that it took over a month for delivery after a phone call to inquire about the status of the order. Even with the delay, we would still recommend Blinds Chalet.

We bought 5 of these to replace the original metal pull string blinds in a used toy hauler we purchased. These are just perfect! Perfect color(gray)to match the interior, just the right size,and pretty easy to install. I was a little nervous about doing the measuring myself, but your directions enabled me to get it right! Totally changed the look of the interior...Love it!

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Authorization Number (RGA) and shipping address to return the product. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be processed 2-3 business days after receiving the items (Guaranteed to Love fee is not refundable).
