The blinds are very nice but I didn't notice that there is a small spool that needs to be mounted to the lower part of the window that allows the blinds to raise and lower.

The blinds are very nice but I didn't notice that there is a small spool that needs to be mounted to the lower part of the window that allows the blinds to raise and lower. It looks similar to a sewing bobbin, so I'm not quite sure how long it will last. The blinds themselves are beautiful and add a richness to out camper. A definite upgrade from the metal blinds.

We are very happy with these shades. Our RV has sloping sides and the tie downs at the bottom of the shades hold them in place close to the windows, and keep them from banging and falling when we drive.

Also they arrived much quicker than the estimate at the time we ordered them !!

We are very happy with the product. The installation was extremely easy. The only negative comment we have is the processing and delivery. The website advertises 2 to 2 1/2 week delivery and was disappointed that it took over a month for delivery after a phone call to inquire about the status of the order. Even with the delay, we would still recommend Blinds Chalet.

30 Day Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Authorization Number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after we receive the items (Guaranteed to Love fee is not refundable).

Shutters,custom graphic shades, commercial/dealer orders are not covered.
