When the shades came for my newly renovated bathroom, one of them had a minor imperfection that limited a couple of pleats from fully opening when the shade was extended. I spoke with Nancy, at Blinds Chalet about the problem. Without me asking, she looked up my order # and put in a work order for a replacement. The shades look fantastic and the quality is premium. My experience with Blinds Chalet was excellent and I will happily use them again and recommend them to others.

I ordered over the phone to ensure I bought the right blind to match a set in which one of the blinds was ruined. The Customer Service rep was extremely helpful, sent me samples so I could select a color match, and understood the measurement numbers on the existing damaged blind so I would get the exact same size and type of blind. Upon receipt the blind was perfect, packed very well, and is well made. I'm a happy customer.

I love my new blind that opens from top or bottom. I can have the top portion open in the evening while people walk by, yet they can't see in. I want all the outside light coming in until dark.

All remakes will have to be remade in the same color, feature and specifications, no changes are allowed.

Shutters,custom graphic shades, commercial/dealer orders are not covered.

Any mis-measurements reported after 30 days will not be covered, however, new blinds and shades can be ordered with an additional 10% discount.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Authorization Number (RGA) and shipping address to return the product. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, refunds will be processed 2-3 business days after receiving the items.
