Designed as two shades in one, the horizontal sheer shades suspend a sheer fabric between moveable blackout vanes. This allows the shades to be 'tilted' like a blind. When the fabric slats are open, the sheer fabric filters the sunlight entering the room. Close the fabric slats and block all the light for complete privacy. Each sheer shade may also be raised to allow an unobstruted view.
