	2 on 1 Headrail Because large blinds are difficult to raise and lower, the 2 on 1 and 3 on 1 headrail allows multiple smaller blinds to share a common headrail and valance. This gives the overall blinds a cleaner appearance.
	Decorative Tapes Decorative Tapes provide additional light control with a touch of class. Instead of the standard rope lift cords, decorative tapes are fabric lift cords that come in various colors.
	Smart Privacy Standard horizontal blinds come with routed holes in the slats which the lift cords run through. With the patented Smart Privacy upgrade the cords run through a small hole located in the edge of the slat. This small hole is covered when the blinds close due to their slight overlap. The Smart Privacy upgrade is superior to the routless or no holes privacy upgrade because it keeps the blind slats in place while still providing better privacy and light control.

Each of our blinds and shades are custom made to your specifications. You can expect them to arrive approximately 2 to 2 1/2 weeks after ordering. Standard shipping is UPS or FedEx ground.

Free Features
	Lift Cord The lift cord is used to raise and lower the blinds. This option allows you to select the position of the cord on the blinds.
	Tilt Cord/Wand The tilt cord or wand is used to open and close the blind slats. This option allows you to select the position of the tilt control on the blinds. The tilt control varies by product whether it is a cord or wand type control.
	Cornice Style Valance Valance returns create a "cornice" style valance. Inside mount valance returns are shorter than outside mount returns and extend about 1 inch past the window frame on each side. The cornice valance offer a more elegant look than no returns. A valance on an inside mount blind will be mounted outside the window frame while the blinds remain inside the window frame. Not recommended with windows that have moulding. Note: Blind must be mount to the front of the window frame opening.

The blinds are beautiful. I had a minor problem with the wrong valances but the issue was resolved with no trouble. If I had any more windows to cover I would not hesitate to order from Blinds Chalet again.

I purchased blinds twice from your company. Could not be more please with my first purchased.On my second order, I must have been placed with a different suppler. The valance that was sent with the blinds were not the same as the ones that came with my first order. Laguna is the name of the valance. No picture was with the blinds when I ordered them. If so, I would not have ordered them. I am well please with my blinds, just wasn't expecting a different valance. I chatted with a person from blinds chalet and wanted to exchange the laguna valance for the valance I previously received. She said that I would have to purchase the valance at a price of $75.00 each. I could have bought more blinds and got the valance free for that price!

These are quality blinds. I researched for a few weeks then decided to take a chance and it payed off. Online chat was helpful. The quality vs price is the best I found. I ordered samples so they matched perfectly to my existing wood. I ordered 8 and none were damaged. Would order again.
