Shades are excellent. Shannon, our sales rep, is the most responsible sales person I've met, and I've had many working for me. If she didn't know the answer she went and got it and came back and communicated quickly. I had a difficult time finding day-night blinds for RV and Shannon found the proper one and installation information. Excellent!

The installed blinds work well and look nice, but we had several issues with the quality controls at the factory:

The installed blinds work well and look nice, but we had several issues with the quality controls at the factory:
1. If they want us to give exact window opening sizes, they need to make the blinds narrower ½” allow movement of blinds. I had to cut several entire blinds to allow for movement. Several blinds had slats of differing lengths. If I had not had a table saw, I would have had to ship them back to be recut.
2. Some of the valances were sent with a 90 degree cut on the ends, others had a 45 degree cut on the ends. I had to cut the 45 degree ends to fit inside the window openings.
3. Prior to ordering, It was not clear how the interior valance versus exterior valance would look. We would have ordered exterior valance if we had understood what it looked like.
Overall, the blinds were well worth the price and corrections made on our part.
