We weren't sure what to expect when ordering online as this is a new style of frabric shade we have never seen before. My husband installed them easily and they look beautiful! They make our living room just private enough when we want and yet can stilll have full view when we open the blids all the way. We love the design, quality and color! The wide pleats certainly give the blinds a "roman blind" look whish adds to the beauty of them.

These shades are so fantastic: They have drawn many compliments from friends; some designers who hadn't seen seen this design before!
I have basement windows that needed privacy as well as room softening, and these are perfect. They appear almost 'honeycomb' in style, but actually have a full, open tilt. Just as they are described in the description. I would not change any features, and customer service was fantastic. The hold down's weren't included in my order that I needed for the door window (other two are large windows), and after sending an email, I had a 12 hr response with a 'no problem' and received the fixture in 2 days. Bravo; for product and service both! I was leary of ordering such a specific and costly product online especially with not a lot of room for error for something with no return. Will NOT HESITATE to order again from Blinds Chalet!
