I received the blinds about 2 weeks later, and all of tem fit perfectly. The blinds completely transformed the look of our home. I was misisng a couple of items (the hooks to attach the valence for one blind and the cord knob for anoter). Initially, I did not care, but I called customer service, and they sent them out.

Just make sure you measure correctly - I measured wrong on one set, and had to reorder. Thankfully they gave me a discount on the replacement blind.
