The blinds arrived within 12 days after I ordered them ~~ and they were incredibly easy to install. I had a local blinds company come out to give me an estimate ~~ the quote was over $700 for 4 windows. I compared and then ordered from Blinds Chalet and purchased virtually the same items for less than $250. The instructions and photos to install were a little complicated to look at, but after looking at the hanging mechanisms they were simple to install. It was a breeze. I have top down/bottom up blinds in all my windows throughout my home and will shop Blinds Chalet for replacements in the future. I also used the "live chat" when I originally ordered, and was very impressed with the personal touch and reassurance provided.
