The blinds arrived in about 14 days and fit perfectly as well work as anticipated. Couldn't find i" Faux Wood blinds locally so took a chance on an online merchant. Very pleased with the product and speed with which it was delivered. Have 5 more to do after the holidays and will be reordering.

Super easy installation, perfect fit covering my new windows, look and feel of real wood.Valance gives a nice finished appearance. One niggle, cords are a little short for me when blinds are completely closed, they are above the half way point. However, my windows are higher and I am short.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Authorization Number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after we receive the items (Guaranteed to Love fee is not refundable).
